| April 28th, 2006 ~ They took the forms off and the cement foundation is starting to look like the shape of the house. They covered the outside of the cement at the underground level with tar to keep water from seeping through. The round cement pads are where the support poles go down the middle of the house to hold up the main beam. |

| April 28th, 2006 ~ Now we wait for about 10 days for the cement to cure, then they lay foundation drain tile all around the base so water won't leak into the basement. The cement foundation has a brick ledge on it so the brick layers will have a solid surface to start the bricks on. |  |
